Pricing

Base rate of $70 USD for a single character (full body, full color). Pricing may vary based on complexity, background requirements.

Commission Process

Once an agreement is finalized, an invoice will be sent to the client’s email. Work will commence upon receipt of the initial deposit.

Payment Terms

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure the commission slot and initiate work.

Final Payment: Upon completion, a low-resolution watermarked proof will be provided for client review. The high-resolution final file will be delivered immediately upon receipt of the remaining 50% balance.

Usage Rights & Licensing

Personal Use Only: All commissioned artwork is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial rights are reserved by the artist unless otherwise negotiated.

Portfolio Rights: The artist retains the right to display the commissioned work on their social media channels and professional portfolio for promotional purposes.

Delivery & Refund Policy

Turnaround Time: The artist aims to complete commissions within 30 days.

Refunds: Should the artist fail to deliver the completed work within 30 days, the client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit, unless a deadline extension is mutually agreed upon in writing.
